I am revamping the site, which used to be primarily focused on building a product and image platform for authors, to be focused on assisting small business owners on revamping their marketing master plan.
Why am I making this shift? Because I have found that self-publishing is just one small part of what most small business owners need. Most of them need a marketing makeover. And, they need that makeover to be fully integrated into their deeper purpose of why they are in business to begin with, not just a dry to-do list of jargon, riddled with platitudes and impossible (not to say expensive) action items. We’re gonna keep it straightforward and real. Real marketing for real people.
Another reason is my own personal growth as an entrepreneur. I want to really connect with other entrepreneurs. I want a platform that allows me to communicate my viewpoint and share what I have learned with others. I have such a passion for being my own boss, doing it my own way, and I have met so many others that do too, and I want to be on the forefront of the entrepreneur revolution. Our world is changing and we are the ones changing it. I find that interesting, exciting, and relevant. I am hoping, once you get to know me, that you think so too.
I am developing The Passionate Marketing Makeover Program and will release that in the next few weeks. In the meantime, I will be building this site to give you resources, how-to, and support in your integrated marketing. Straight talk, fun approach, always focused on a sanity check against what’s in your heart, not what some guy on Wall Street thinks you need to do to “make it”. Will you join me?
